By downloading, installing, or using Zenne ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access or use the App.
Description of Service
Zenne is a local-first productivity app designed to help users manage tasks and focus sessions. The App provides:
- Task creation and management tools
- Integrated timer functionality for focus sessions
- Progress tracking and analytics
- Customizable categories and visual organization
- Celebration animations and feedback systems
User Accounts
Zenne operates without user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Any activity that occurs through your installation of the App
- Backing up your data as needed (through device backups)
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Zenne only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Premium Features
Zenne offers optional premium features through in-app purchase:
- Unlimited task creation (free users limited to 25 tasks)
- Custom task templates
- Advanced customization options
Premium purchases are handled through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. No refunds are provided except as required by applicable law or App Store policies.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zenne and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information when you use our App. Key points include:

- No personal information is collected or transmitted
- No user accounts or cloud sync required
App Store Terms
Your use of Zenne is also subject to the App Store's Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms will govern regarding your use of the App.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zenne from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time by deleting the App. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the App is used, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
